Teen Hearts Avis 

This is a scam! I placed my order 12/31 and still haven’t received the items. I’ve emailed them several times and only received 1 response about them “being behind on orders”. That was over a week ago. I still haven’t gotten a tracking number and no one will respond to my emails. This is very frustrating and I want my order or my money back!!

I finally got my money back after several attempts of contacting them. What’s funny is I got the package now and it came in a Redbubble package and first off I got something I didn’t even order and these shirts are terrible quality and smell like vinegar!! Please don’t buy from this company.I’m not even sure how they’re getting good reviews.

Scam. Ordered something 3 weeks ago, emailed to inquire about at least an update, they had no idea what’s going on and don’t seem to care. Do not give any credit card or banking information to this company. It’s theft, but with extra steps

I ordered my t shirts december 30th and have still not received any emails regarding the shipping. I have contacted support many times and no response. I am very upset with this and now know to check reviews before ordering from companies like this. Want my money back.

I have emailed customer service twice in the last two days after having placed my order on 1/3, and have received no reply. The only emails I received are from PayPal showing my payment, and the order confirmation. Since then, I have had 4 other packages I had ordered in the last week shipped much faster.

Something got ordered off my PayPal without me knowing and without me knowing who it could be.
Wrote to the support email no response.
Waiting if PayPal can do something.

I ordered T-shirts on 12/27. It is now January 12th and I still do not have them. I was not given a confirmation email or anything so I cannot track it. I know it went through because I have a bank statement saying the order went through. I tried contacting support via email and have been ignored for a couple days. I don’t know how to talk to a person. My partner and I were really excited for all our T-shirts and now we are very dissatisfied. Will not be ordering again. I want my T-shirts and my money back. Ridiculous customer service.

Hello, I wanted to inform you of my dissatisfaction with your service.

I have bought two shirts very excited in your online store and not only have I had to wait 1 month to receive them, but after paying $19 for shipping I have had to pay another $19 to pick it up in the courier service, of which I had no information until the time of delivery. In the end, almost $70 for two t-shirts, a bit of a scam to be honest!

Back again. You may notice a reply on my last review saying that teen hearts delivered my order. Half of it was delivered half of it was not. When I contacted customer service I was ignored for weeks. Finally I sent an email through a different address and received a response within an hour. I got a refund, but only after going through my bank. Teen hearts was not helpful in any way and seems to actively suppress negative reviews.

While I had to wait a little bit longer since I order during the holiday I am super happy with my sweatshirt. It’s so soft and the design is hilarious

My package never arrived the teen hearts support team gave me the run around. Small independent genders on etsy will replace a package that never arrived without issue small mom and pop shops have better customer service then teen hearts they scammed me they never gave me what I paid for I never received my package.

Please don’t order from here this is a scam! Ordered over 2 weeks ago and my order hasn’t even been shipped, customer support was bs and refused to refund me even though I was well in policy for a refund.

Do not buy from this company, they will scam you. I ordered a shirt about 2 weeks ago and haven’t received any updates on when it will be here. And on top of that I created an account on their app and now it won’t let me log into my account even if I reset my password. Teen Hearts is very unprofessional and should be shut down.

Horrible. Scammers. I ordered a toy WEEKS ago and I still have no updates and whenever I email them I get told there is a delay due to the holidays. There is no way that I can find to cancel my order and my package has still not shipped, I ordered in the beginning of December and it is January now. Not happy! will be reporting and never ordering again!

Update:
-12/16 I ordered 2 t-shirts as xmas gifts for friends. As per their website, it would ship within 3-4 business days. Order confirmation stated I would receive a tracking number via email when the items shipped.

-12/29 Still had not received a tracking number. I inquired and received an automated response stating that they're backed up from xmas and will let me know when the t-shirts will ship. I immediately asked for a refund since they did not ship within the promised time frame, They had no idea when they would ship and there was no way I would receive them on time for the gift exchange. I had to purchase NEW gifts as a result.

- 12/30 They responded by refusing a refund and stating that they will let me know when they would print the t-shirts. As per their website, the shirts I purchased were pre-made and did not require printing. Now they're telling me that they've not even been made.

- 12/30 I once again request a refund and inform them that I will be disputing the charges with paypal if they refuse.

- 12/30 I received another automated response apologizing for the delay and repeating that they'd let me know when the t-shirts would ship. I saw the mounting negative reviews of customers being ripped off so I followed through and disputed the charges.

- 12/31 Since the items were not printed nor shipped I reiterated that the charges were in dispute and NOT to print nor ship. They continued to send automated responses and promotional texts and emails - but not a single personalized message from an actual human. They were interacting on promotional posts on social media but not responding to customers.

-1/1 The paypal dispute was escalated to a case and Teen Hearts began receiving notifications from paypal. They were advised to provide information, add tracking details and if they've not shipped anything yet - to NOT do so as a refund was the chosen resolution.

1/2 - 1/4 - Teen Hearts did not read nor respond to the case despite several case reminders sent by paypal. I was still receiving promotional emails and texts but no response.

1/5 I received a tracking number from Teen hearts claiming they've shipped the item. They did not, they printed a shipping label but did not actually ship anything until 4 days later.

1/9 They took the parcel to the post office. The same day, paypal closed the case in my favor and the charges were reversed so I was refunded.

I ordered these items for xmas and they did not deliver within the time frame promised on their website. The website claimed the items were premade (only 50 made) and would ship within 3-4 business days. Neither of these things were true.

I needed to purchase new xmas gifts to replace the ones that never arrived as a result. Since the items were not printed nor shipped it would have cost them nothing to simply refund me yet they refused. I was never even given the courtesy of speaking with an actual human being. If they were experiencing shipping delays, why not inform buyers? I informed the company several times via email that I would be filing a claim so that they would not ship. They were notified by both myself and paypal that I was within my consumer rights to receive a refund. I reiterated that I will not be held responsible should they go through with shipping the items when they were given ample time to a) not print and b) not ship. I wont be held financially responsible for a company who doesn't read their emails.

Ordered items for Christmas on 12/7... emailed customer service and have not heard back, will not order again.

Ordered my items (almost 200$cad worth of tshirts) weeks before Christmas. Noticed my package had still not shipped on the week of Christmas so I emailed to inquire about what was going on. They told me the items were in production and to please allow another 2-3 days for my items to be shipped. I asked if there was any way to expedite the shipping as I had ordered weeks ago as Christmas gifts and clearly it wasn't going to arrive on time with the 25$ standard heavy shipping (which is advertised to be 6-10 buisness days) and if the items weren't in stock I would've appreciated being informed about it in advance. I didn't receive any reply from customer service. After the 3 days my package had still not shipped so I emailed again, asking for at least my shipping to be refunded. Recieved no reply. The package finally shipped a week after they asked me to wait the 2-3 days. I have recieved no replies to my emails, no compensation, no explanation. I will absolutely not be ordering from this website again and I don't recommend anyone should either.

Ordered wrong size and color 🤦🏻‍♀️ reached out to support and they were so helpful and completely resolved the issue in time for Xmas! Wonderful experience!

I had some issues with my delivery due to the USPS not recognizing my address. Thankfully I was able to reach out and have the address edited so that it may be re-delivered!

I spent almost $50 on 3 tshirts. Which I had placed during the beginning of December. They claim that it only takes 3-6 days for orders to ship,yet it's been two weeks since I had placed that order. I payed like $10 for shipping and, they still haven't fulfilled my order. I tried contacting them via email and their other social platforms, and they continue to completely ignore my concerns. I know they do read things because they did like I comment I made on one of their posts and, theyre always posting. Other people are having the same issues, and they're in the same situation as I am. I was planning on receiving this shirts before the holidays, but it doesn't seem to look like it's going to be in my favour.
