The course is well laid out and helpful so far. Did initially have a problem on my end, progessing through to one of the next modules for a while but customer service was excellent both times I reached out and it seemed to resolve itself. Lisa Flynn in particular went above and beyond to be helpful
I appreciate it a lot as I am being given a complimentary extension to finish the course because of the inconvenience/lost time. Great, and couldnt ask for more.

Had occasion to contact the TEFL Institute yesterday, as my 180-hour Level 5 certificate had not arrived as promptly as I would have expected. I "chatted" with Elaine, explained my dilemma, and within a matter of mere minutes, she had contacted the issuing body, and, voila, my cert duly arrived the very next morning. Thank you so much, Elaine. You're a credit to the TEFL Institute. Now, if only I could get a teaching job that quickly.

I recommend this training program
The courses at the Institute of Ireland are really well done. They cover the technical aspects of teaching English, how to teach different types of students, young or old, and they put us directly into professional work situations. I can say that it's not just grammar and spelling instruction like some centers focus on, but rather a deeper approach to teaching. I recommend this training program with courses related to the teaching profession and not irrelevant ones. Well done!

A quality course well worth doing
I`ve just finished my online TEFL Institute of Ireland Level 5 Advanced Diploma (300 hrs). The course was well written and organised, and they practice what they preach in terms of learner engagement. Each Module had different interactive activities and quizzes, and information was presented in a variety of ways. There were no technical issues. Everything ran very smoothly. My questions were always answered without delay by an efficient and friendly tutor assigned to me. I`m happy to have taken this step in my education, as there are now so many new and exciting options open to me.
