Tekkers is a great place to connect with people especially for students like me who just came to Amsterdam and don’t have lots of friends here. There are games in every part of the city and the membership is definitely worth it. Also Lee (the guy organizing the games) is a very friendly guy. Hope to see you all on pitch soon

Tekkers was the answer to something I’ve been looking for for ages. I loved playing there and meeting new people everytime. It’s perfect with my work schedule because a lot of of the games are in the evening and I could still play without having to train football regularly

I played a couple matches (4v4) with Tekkers on a Sunday that they host on a Johan Cruyff court in Amsterdam West. Vibe is always great, the level of football is quite balanced and good overall, and the hosts always make sure the game can go on as smooth as possible. You can pay per month, but I love that you can also pay per game, which is great if you only want to go every once in a while! They usually set up a GoPro as well so you can be sure the highlights of the match will be put up on their Instagram or shared in the WhatsApp group. Will definitely join again once the weather improves!

Well organized, the right level for a proper match and fun people!

Great option for players who do not want to join a league but would still like to play competitive games without a strict schedule. The level is good but at the same time the atmosphere is relaxed.

My personal favorite is the Friday 7v7 game and hope to see more 7v7 games during the week

I’ve played so many games with Tekkers and I look forward to it every week. It is so well-organised and fun, played with good equipment and a really nice bunch of people. It is also really good value. I couldn’t recommend getting involved enough, it’s the best and cheapest way to play football in Amsterdam.
