Always good and always helpful, with Peter being very knowledgeable and always helpful. Although the prices do seem a bit high, but their Tekmart Guarentee is worth it.

Overall a great experience from order to delivery
My order was dispatched same day we ordered. Was surprised because we thought they had to delay before the money cleared. For this level of service I recommend them and especially sales guy I dealt with,

As first-time customer
As first-time customer, there were some delays with regards to communicating progress of order.
Also some confusion with prices at which items were ordered vs invoiced amount.
Overall good business systems in place to follow process from order, payment, verification to delivery.
Courier Guy excellent tracking system with timely updates on progress of delivery

Fast shipping
The delivery was fast as promised. Our raid card arrived packaged well and since we repalced it, everything is working fine. More than a month now. Will buy again-hopefully not another raid card in a while !

Didn't get he right cable ..
Didn't get he right cable ... then kept getting promises that the correct cable would be supplied and never did.
Over a week later still no cable.

Hi Mr, Teixeira. Thanks for this feedback, I have just checked and noted that you insisted on a refund on the Friday, 22/09/2023 at 14H47. I'm advised it was an instant refund at our offices as you insisted on not waiting for another 30minutes in fact on the day, to have the correct pin-out cable delivered from our warehouse to our offices.
That said, would you have the courtesy of updating your review and correct the version of the experience. Obviously you can not get the Dell Md1000 reset cable anymore as you were already refunded for it.
Reviews are always great when they reflect the correct and full facts.

I was a little nervous ordering from a new vendor
Their customer service was quick to respond and provide updates. I was skeptical at first but after placing the order online and receiveing a call back to verify the contents, I was pleasantly suprised to get a DHL tracking number same day. The delivery took longer but i hab chosen the economy option. Nkosi was great in keeping us updated constantly until our parcel arrived in Windhoek. We just made them our go to supplier for server hard drives.

Great shout out to the technical and sales team at tekmart. We had an urgent equipment breakdown at one of our sites and they came through for us. Special mention to Justin (sales) and Hennie technical who have assisted who organized us to have the parts delivered to us and walked us through patiently until we got done.
