Tenease Avis 

I must admit I was sceptical over the effectiveness of the product at first glance. However it has surpassed all my expectations in regards to the constant pain I was feeling. Now down to using it as and when slight pain returns which is becoming less and less after few weeks, I find myself looking at un used heat pads and pressure pads left in the medical box wondering why they are still there.

Having previously relied solely on self-massage/trigger point techniques to deal with this issue, it is great to have found a tool that is easy to use and very effective when tennis elbow pain comes on in my right arm, from time to time. The tool itself is well thought out and is simple to cycle through the 4 different options, which is my preferred way of using it when needed. Overall, I am really pleased with the positive impact it has had in assisting the healing process and managing pain when it occurs.

Certainly provides relief. Started using it 2 months after I injured my elbow as it didn't seem to be getting better although I've heard it can take 6 months plus. It stopped the pain at night almost immediately. I continued several times a day for several weeks. Aching eased so I stopped. But then I did some more gardening and it came back but not as bad as before. Restarted using it to try to maintain improvement. Am also doing exercises to stretch the muscles and tendons in my arm. The combination seems to be working.

Bought a Tenease after researching a lot. After the first try I can say the relief was brilliant. Thoroughly recommend it if you've tried over the counter painkillers like I had. Definitely worth the money

I was sceptical when I ordered this item but as my GP had given me the maximum allowed injections into my elbow and it was not healing I was desperate and was amazed that in only a few days the pain had reduced. You have to keep on top of the treatment and not ease off when the pain eases. I would recommend it on my personal experience

This is a really good product as it gives immediate relief from tennis elbow pain after 10 mins of use. I use it regularly from last 2 weeks thrice a day. So a great product in that sense without doubt. The reason I have given only 4 stars is that I am not sure yet whether if it can cure tennis elbow any sooner? Esp if I continue playing tennis? Atleast its allowing me to continue playing after my initial 3 months break (I didn't know about this product then) after I caught it whilst playing tennis. Last time I had got tennis elbow few years back and that had taken 19 months to go away as I continued playing tennis after an initial break of 3 months.

Its really well made. I'm finding it does relive pain and the 10 minutes particularly in the morning as I often wake up with a very sore elbow with shooting pains or discomfort on my forearm. My only observation was the instructions on placement and I wasn't sure if I had it it he right lace and was concerned I might be doing more damage rather than simply easing pain or increasing blood flow. It also tends to slip or move so I need to keep adjusting it. This may also be because the sensation seems to change over time and I need adjust to get it back on the point of pain which may have shifted.. I'm really not sure.
Overall very happy with product and the pain relief its providing. I am ever so hopeful longer term it speeds recovery and I can swing a golf club again at some point.

I've tried acupuncture, k-tape for support, ice packs and steroid injections and nothing has worked untill I bought this. I have very little pain now!!! I would recommend anyone to try it.

I was very sceptical about making this purchase. However, I was suffering from golfer’s elbow and this was preventing me from playing tennis. It hasn’t completely cured the golfer’s elbow but has massively reduced the pain and discomfort (mostly I don’t notice I have the condition and I am able to resume my sporting activities). This product has been amazing for me, since January I had been suffering with Tennis Elbow. I had be living in constant pain, taking anti inflammatory’s on a daily basis. This machine is amazing after a few weeks I noticed the stiffness was subsiding and the constant pain too, the pain would keep me awake at night. I really cannot recommend this product enough, I can now use my arm and lift things sometimes I do have a little niggle but my gosh, nothing like the pain I was in previously. This machine is wonderful!!

I bought the Tenease as I’ve suffered for 5 yrs with an issue in my right elbow. Excellent product wish I’d bought it years ago when it was recommended to me.
Couldn't be without it now. 3 x 10 mins a day works amazingly, managed to get my pain under control now.

I recently started suffering with severe pain in my right elbow and got no support from my local GP surgery so purchased a Tenease vibrating stimulator. Within a few days I felt an improvement and it helps every time I use it. On some occasions if the pain is quite severe, I simply select one of the more gentle settings so I can continue with the regular treatments.

My husband used this for his tennis elbow and he said it provided effective relief. Good to have in the home in case of a flare up. Recommended.

I bought Tenease as I had a very painful case of tennis elbow. I have suffered from this in the past and tried various other treatments. The pain went eventually after several months. This time, I used Tenease 3 times a day, for 10 minutes, and the pain went after just a week. Therefore I am very pleased with my purchase.

I've been using it longer than advised for my moderate to severe Epicodylitis. Placebo or not, it seems to be working but I'm also doing other therapies like Voltaren, ice, heat and self massage. Batteries do drain quickly. I'd recommend anyone with tennis elbow give it a try.

Got this product in no time its definitely the only thing that has helped so far and would really recommend to anyone better than any medicine

Costs less than a session with the osteo easy to use and very effective only needed to use it for a few days

Had to buy another one recently as my daughter ‘borrowed’ the first one and she won’t let it go as she suffers from repetitive strain injury

Have recently purchased and use regularly 2/3 times a day 10 mins each time definitely alleviates pain, hence no medication required.
Would recommend this product for pain relief purpose but will not cure Tennis Elbow itself.

I found the Tenease to be very effective and reduced the discomfort markedly in just a few days. I can now exercise the wrist and forearm to rehabilitate the elbow.

The Tenease has eased my pain. It hasn’t cured it, but then I do have chronic chronic pain and this has been ongoing for a good 18 months or more. This has definitely eased the pain for me. I would recommend the upgraded version of the Tenease - the different settings that pulse are better than the constant setting. I would recommend this if you are struggling with the pain of tennis elbow. I am on my second round of cortisone injections and they only last about 3 months. This has worked for me.
