Sleeping soundly!
Sleeping soundly!
For years I have struggled to get to sleep very quickly. However, since drinking Ten PM hot chocolate before bed each night has been little short of revolutionary! It has been a game changer and I now get to sleep much quicker and have a much deeper sleep.

Very enjoyable drink
My mother is coeliac and struggled to find a hot chocolate she could have, I sent this to her and have tried it and we enjoyed it, lovely taste and while it is expensive it’s a large bag that lasts

I love these bars
Sometimes I don't have the hot chocolate and instead have a bar, these bars certainly calm your mind and help you get a good night's sleep.

Hot Chocolate Trial
Hot Chocolate Trial
I have noticed a little improvement in my sleep pattern so I’m hoping with continued use it will get even better. Chocolate tastes really nice, might try the Chai Latte to see if I like that.

How come there is so many 5 star…
How come there is so many 5 star reviews, I have just had my first hot chocolate and I must say that it's the worst hot chocolate that i have ever tasted, it now remains to be seen if it helps my sleep.
Update
It didn't do anything for my sleep I actually had a worse night than normal, I'm so disappointed I was hoping that it would help me get a good nights sleep.
2rd Update
I have contacted you twice now and still no response.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm very sorry to hear that you don't like the taste of our hot chocolate, especially as we pride ourselves on ensuring the quality and flavour is delicious.
As you have not found this to be the case I'd be grateful if you can contact us at info@tenpm.co as we may be able to offer some advice on how to improve the taste for you, especially as the flavour is loved by tens of thousands of customers and has won multi-awards including the Good Housekeeping Taste 2024 award for best Hot Drink.
In regards to your sleep, while many of our customers see results within a few days, individual sleep patterns and personal lifestyle habits vary, so some people take a little longer before seeing sleep improvements. And as with most supplements, the benefits also increase over time, as the body accumulates the sleep inducing nutrients, so judging effectiveness after just having one drink isn't giving yourself or the product the best chance of feeling the benefits.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, which is why we have a genuine money back guarantee in place for those who are not happy with their purchase, so please do feel free to contact us directly about this.

Awesome!
Awesome!
Great night time tradition and very effective. This has increased my REM and Deep Sleep significantly (~50% increase - data from WHOOP) since I started using it. I will often wake up before my alarm goes off and feel very well rested throughout the day.

Ten PM hot chocolate
Enjoying the hot chocolate and it is helping my sleeping. On the administration side of things very flexible and easy to alter delivery date if you’re not going to be at home when next delivery is due.

My peace of mind drink
It can be hard sometimes finding a nice drink for before bedtime. So many drinks have caffeine or sugar which seriously wrecks my sleep, so I love Ten PM. I've tried it with various milks and even just with water, and now my teenage daughter has begun to have it as her bedtime drink too! She's usually very fussy! So win-win.

First Use
We are a couple in our late 50s who noticed we don’t sleep as well as we did 10 or more years ago. We decided to give ten/pm a go and noticed an immediate difference. We both get off to sleep much better feeling calm, relaxed and don’t replay the days events or issues over in your mind. Overall sleep patterns is better as well.

Simply the best! 😀
This is a fantastic product. It tastes great, mixes well and is free from artificial ingredients. That's a winner on all levels. For certain one of the best vegan hot chocolate options I've tried so far. I'll certainly be getting this again
