After mistakenly ordering the wrong tent poles, I reached out to Tent Spares, and they promptly addressed the matter. The right poles have been shipped and are on their way. I've sent back the wrong ones for a refund. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the outstanding service from Tent Spares.

Efficient, effective and hassle free
The tents spares staff understood exactly what I wanted. They provided me with a quotation to have the repair done by them and they also gave me the direct link to the item so that I could order it and complete the repair my self.
Delivery was less than 48 hours from point of order and there was not any unnecessary packaging.
