TereaTV used to work great but it hasn't worked for a while now. I'm out the money that I paid for this service, but I hope this review helps others to avoid TereaTV at all costs.

I've been using terea tv for a minute but the buffering is getting real bad lately..

I wanted to write this review because I’ve been seeing a lot of negative comments about Terea TV online, and honestly my experience has been completely different.

I’ve been using Terea TV for about 8 months now, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a major issue. The service has been very stable for me. Channels load fast, movies and series work well, and buffering has been very rare in my experience.

What’s important here is that I’m not just a casual user I’m actually a reseller. Right now I manage around 70 customers, and so far I haven’t had complaints from them about the service. Everything has been running smoothly.

The utter most pathetic excuse for an iptv provider i have ever came across!!! Been battling with them simce December of 2025 and its feb2026 now and we are still struggling to watch anything! No movies working, no series working, one day your stuff is there the next day everything is gone, the content is labeled but when you open it it either doesn’t work at all or its the complete different or very old original version of the movie … im telling you no one should use them and spend their time and money on them!!! Terrible service iver all!!! Definitely a 0 out of 10 stars for them , DO NOT USE!

When it works it is great but…. It constantly is down. showing that the account is deactivated. Over the last week it has happened 3 times for 10 Minutes or longer.

Total scam I ordered never received what I paid for . They told me to contact via chat he talked to me for a few mins then disappeared. Have sent multiple messages via ticket system same run around. Just $120 lesson run from this site

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE. IT IS DOWN 90% OF THE TIME. i CHATTED WITH THEIR REPS SO MANY TIMES AND STILL NOBODY CAN FIX THE ISSUE. JUST HOURS WASTED EACH TIME. IT IS ALWAYS BUFFERING, PLAYBACK ERROR ETC. ETC. MAKE SURE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. ZERO SATISFACTION ON MY PART. Lets see how long it will take them to erase this comment.

Here it is Christmas Eve and suddenly TereaTV cuts me off stating my subscription has expired. No warning subscription was about to expire. I contacted TereaTV, paid my renewal fee, payment accepted, verified & access restored. Except access to TereaTV was not restored. Now they have issued new passwords & login info, which will not download. Their service people keep giving up & simply cutoff without warning. My advice is to stay away from this company!

Sitting on the fence about Terea TV, got the free trial and everything worked great. Signed up and paid for the service. Worked for one day and hasn't worked since. Customer service hasn't been helpful

Had great experience with these guys so far. Ton of channels and the customer support is far better than any other tv service. 10/10

Truly a great experience with the service and the customer service impeccable🙏👑🏆to say the least I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking to cut the cord. I have never had any problems and if I did they were fast to fix and with great patients and understanding. I love this service and will stay a loyal customer for life nothing comes close. I would pay more for this service if need be that's how much confidence I have with them. Thank you guys you are truly a great service!!!

I absolutely LOVE my new service. The programming is awesome—-from the 24/7 programming—-different shows from various decades, to absolutely unique and I might add professional customer service. Little to no buffering. So much product to watch. I love love love Terea. They’ve got Catch Up that’s up and coming. I’m so excited and happy to be with this company and away from Apollo Group TV—-trash!!!!!

Like everyone else I read all the positive reviews and watched many YouTube videos. But after purchasing a 6 month plan the buffering was so bad I couldn't watch an entire show. Most of the streaming is in very low quality! When I went to there customer service live chat to hopefully fix this instead I received a very rude “yeah whatever, do you want a refund! It can be done in 24hrs! I replied with the exact statement that he gave me back to him with a ? Then he stated Are We Done or are you going to be typing forever!……

Like everyone else I read all the positive reviews but after installing there were constant outages sometimes for hours. Buffering so bad I couldn't watch an entire show. Then after only using the service for a month and a half out of my 6 month service It's now saying invalid user. Beware!
