TerraVista Land Estates Avis

I had a really great experience working with TerraVista Land Estates! Nick Matti was awesome to work with. He is super organized, great communication, and just genuinely trustworthy throughout the whole process. He always kept me updated and made everything feel easy and straightforward!
Selling land can feel stressful, but I never felt pressured or left wondering what was going on. You can tell they actually care about doing things the right way. If you’re thinking about selling land and want to work with a company you can trust, I would definitely recommend TerraVista Land Estates!

TerraVista has Nick Matte, a man of extremely high integrity. From the initial letter with a photo and details of the process to continuing with follow-up texts and emails, Nick's actions made all the difference! I had experienced fraud, scams, and bogus/fake businesses with offers that never went past square-1. It was a much-needed breath of fresh air from TerraVista!

kudos to Nick and the TerraVista Land Estates team on a job well done! Professional, congenial and efficient, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you!

My experience with Terra Vista was smooth and went a lot better than I expected a deal of this magnitude would be! I had been trying to sell my land but didn’t know where to begin and wanted somebody to make the process simple. Nick and Olivia were easy to communicate with and are extremely personable.

I received a piece of mail from this company and although my land wasn't for sale, I did reach out to them and had a great experience. They were personable, not pushy, and trustworthy. If I end up wanting to sell my land, I will be reaching out to them.

this company will not quit harrasing my family to sell land thats been in our family for 100years.We have repeatedly requested them to stop with calls and text, with no releif from their harrasment. Now we are also recieving mail. PLEASE STOP THIS HARRASMENT

Nick Matti and his team were wonderful to work with. They used a local attorney to close, communications were open and prompt. We closed earlier than expected. I would be happy to work with Nick and his team again.

Family-oriented operated business was nice to see and work with. Clear with communication and quick to respond.

Nick and Olivia were great with communicating throughout the process. Very upfront with the next steps and kept me updated throughout each step. Great experience and would recommend working with them.

Terravista will only offer ⅓-½ of what the actual land value is

TerraVista Land Estates has been a phenomenal team I plan to continue working with. Knowledgeable, timely, thorough, and reliable communication. Gladly referring Nick and his team to others.

I did a nice and easy deal with them. Their communication was great by email, text, or phone. Their response time was amazing couldn't have gone smoother.

Terra Vista helped me sell my land and made the process effortless. I can’t explain how great their support was and how personable Nicholas was on the phone. I felt totally comfortable during the process and I’m glad I chose to work with them.

I had a really smooth experience working with TerraVista Land Estates. The team was professional, upfront, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They answered every question I had and made the entire process of buying land simple and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people find the right property — not just making a sale. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for land or wanting a trustworthy company to work with.

Can't recommend these guys enough. I've worked with other companies in this industry and no one came close to them. Very transparent through everything and walked us through every step 10/10 would recommend for anyone to use.

TerraVista makes the experience very enjoyable between Nick, Olivia, and their team. I am impressed by the communication and cohesiveness of their process- they walked me through every step and made it simple and straightforward.

Nothing but great things to say about this team. They are knowledgable, reliable, and fun to work with. 10/10 experience.

Just completed a smooth transaction on the sale of commercial land. Nick was a pleasure to work with and maintained communications throughout the process. Best thing is he honored his word when our PA needed to be modified before closing. Would definitely work with his team again.
