Easier process than Turo and way more affordable! We wanted to extend by a couple hours and the team was very quick to accommodate. Loved my time using their cars!

Great first experience with Tesla Rents. Appreciated not having to wait in a line to pick up a rental. The BU west campus location was perfect for our needs.

The location was convenient easy pick up and drop off. And everything is taken care easily online so you don’t have to deal with anyone completely contactless

The location is perfect, easy to find, there is a 2 hour parking near by which worked out great. The m3p had 292 miles when I picked up, car smelled great, performed well! Reasonably priced! Highly recommended, I will definitely rent from them again!

TeslaRents has turned into a perennial favorite for renting cars! The hosts and the company have always been quick to answer my (many!) questions and the process to reserve a car is simple and efficient. About the only bad thing I can say is that they've ruined conventional cars and car rentals for me at this point.

Why am I being attacked? We clearly aren’t understanding each other and now I “damaged” the vehicle? It has a dime size chip on the windshield that all cars in Colorado get while driving.

NO ONE has told me yet WHY THERE HAS NOT BEEN AN INSURANCE CLAIM FILED? Isn’t that the first thing that should be done? Even if there aren’t any appointments until weeks out the insurance company doesn’t have a problem with starting the process immediately. I know why, because YOU WANT TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT.

What’s the ‘outstanding’ balance? Not even you know because you won’t file the insurance claim and instead want to throw estimates my way to get more out of me. What’s the insurance for then? I have so many questions yet no answers, just attacks. Only scammer attack. Businesses provide customer service.

I received a dirty, stained, unsanitized vehicle and I “damaged” it. How? By not renting it a full day? By charging the car? By disinfecting it? It’s called an accident, not a damage. The vehicle wasn’t crashed, dented, or scraped. Was I suppose to catch with my hand whatever landed on the windshield while driving?

FILE THE INSURANCE CLAIM AND STOP TAKING PEOPLE’S DEPOSIT. SCAM!

Keep an eye out for my email so we can figure out why there’s still no insurance claim filed.

Horrible service, Elliot the guy who picks up the phone knows nothing and never gives you the right information. Be careful with the $500 deposit scam, as they will not go through your insurance if any accidents happen, even if a rock chips the window they will try to take your $500 deposit! Scam do not rent unless you’re ready to be scammed!

We rented a Tesla Model Y for several days during a visit to Colorado. We had never driven a Tesla before but were considering buying one and wanted to decide if we enjoyed it enough to commit (spoiler alert, we totally loved it). This company offers a highly personalized experience with exceptional communication. We had a single phone number that we could text at any time with questions and we always (no matter the time of day) received a response within minutes. The car offered all of the top features so we could enjoy all of what a Tesla can do. It was everything we could have asked for and added so much fun to our vacation! We will rent with TeslaRents again!

TeslaRents made our trip a next level experience. Went to Vermont for a weekend with 5 friends. All of my friends were wowed by the comfort and just how FUN the Tesla was to be in. Music was great! Ride was awesome, felt like the car hugged the road. Overall the car is just really fun to drive because it’s unlike any other driving experience. Last but not least TeslaRents definitely has the best value for renting a Tesla. I tried renting through Turo and Sixt before checking TeslaRents out and others were 150-300 dollars more for the same thing. They also made it really easy to pickup/drop off.
