James Smith of Tessa Alliance guided me through transferring my Health Insurance from my previous provider, Aviva to BUPA. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He listened and heard my concerns over lack of cover for Out-Patients and Tests, did a full market review based on my needs and then explained the benefits of each so that I could make an informed choice. He only saved me about £14 per month but greatly increased my policy benefits! It's not just cost which is important but the range of cover provided and James explained everything and made the whole experience very easy.
