****SCAMMERS****Zero stars but I would not be able to write this without something. Wow, I feel silly now having read these. I should have checked before purchase. So on May 10th I ordered the 360 sprinkler for $49.98. I was busy with other things and didnt realize I never recieved the product. At one point when It didn't come, I thought maybe I didn't complete the purchase. On July 18th, I searched my email and saw where they did acknowledge the purchase on May 10th but nothing else from them since then. I emailed tessizy.com and told them I never received the product and requested a refund. At which time they conveniently had a usps tracking number which I never received initially. This tracking # interestingly indicated that the package was 'delivered' on June 2nd. It didnt say where. Per the date amd time on the tracking, I ran back my ring camera and the mailman was at my house around the same time interestingly, delivering the mail and I was actually in my front yard, doing yard work when the mailman came. He only left a few letters in the box. No package was left. I sent the footage to them, but was told, it was delivered to me and I should go followup with usps. I requested a refund several times but was denied. So I decided to google them and low and behold I was scammed. There are several instances here like mine.

Where do I begin with this crooked company? I purchased a pair of sandals for 49.99 that looked super cute and didn’t do my proper research before placing my order through PayPal. I ordered them the beginning of May and now July 16 and I still do not have my sandals. I reached out to the company several times and they kept telling me that the sandals were on their way. They gave me some kind of a tracking that only gave me a little bit of information and in order to get more information and more updated tracking. I was supposed to download an app and pay money which of course I didn’t do. I think I reached out to them a total of three or four times prior to this Monday, July 13. I made a formal complaint to PayPal and it’s now under investigation. The company found out about it and emailed me and tried to convince me the shoes were still on their way going through the proper channels and would I please remove my complaint from PayPal. I responded and told them no that I have no faith that I’ll ever receive those shoes and that their tracking system looks bogus to me. Today like magic the tracking system says that the shoes were delivered through the USPS to my house on Monday at 4pm. This never happened, I still don’t have my shoes, and the tracking is shady because it doesn’t give any tracking numbers for the Postal Service at all. I also have informed delivery and that package never showed up. We can see every letter and package that comes to us or is on the way. So what are the odds that they’re claiming that I got the package on the same day that I made my complaint to PayPal? PayPal generously refunded me my money already, but based on the outcome of their investigation, I might possibly have to pay it back. I certainly hope PayPal will let me present new evidence to prove once and for all that this company is a complete SCAM— beware everyone!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company in May and have yet to receive them. They keep saying they are being shipped and they send me transit document. They won't refund my money either. Do not order anything off FB from this company. They are in China.

I ordered the large hanging fern, that was shown, in their ad, being taken out of the box as a huge, bushy fern already in a hanging pot. So, I ordered 2 for my front porch and paid over $80 ( I still can't believe I did that). One package arrived and appeared to be an umbrella wrapped haphazardly in a gray bag that resembled a used Amazon bag. When I opened it, I still didn't realize what I was looking at. It was 2 compressed green stems that looked like something I could get at the Dollar Tree. So, I tried to fluff them up to give them more volume. Needless to say, that didn't make them come close to matching the pictures in their ad. Obviously a bait and switch. I took and sent pictures and asked for a refund. I received a reply which referenced my unpleasant experience. Their solution was to offer me a 30% discount on my next ordered item. As if I would EVER order from this scam company again. $80 down the drain. Buyer beware.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered their straw hat. It isn’t straw but paper which won’t survive the rain. I asked them to exchange it. They wouldn’t. Just offered 30% off my next purchase. As if there EVER will be a next purchase. I’ve learned my lesson.

This is a scam website. I tried to get a refund for an item that was un-opened & they refused to offer a refund & said....."To compensate for your unpleasant feelings when shopping with us, we would love to give you a 30% discount for your next purchase at our store." This is a bullshit website

Biggest false advertising.

Showed a picture of a huge artificial fern for @45.00 stating it filled a full pot. Showed a great picture of a guy holding up a large hanging basked with a huge fern. Placed my order and what showed up was a tiny fern with about 12 fronds. Total junk, I have been trying to get a refund buy they are doing everything they can to avoid it. Will have to do a credit card chargeback. Do not trust this company!!

This company is a total rip off. I ordered what looked like a cute top. The size was about three sizes too small. They wouldn’t offer a refund or allow me to return it. They offered me a discount to purchase something else-trying to get me to waste even more money. Nice try but I’m not going to ever buy from them again. I wish I would have read reviews before I purchased, then I would have seen what a rip off they are. Lesson learned.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I ordered some things through them and they never arrived, the tracking number they gave me shows the package was devlivered but it was not. I contacted the post office and the address with the tracking number wasn't even mine. The post office won't give me the address the package was delivered to due to policy which I completely understand. When emailing the company all they will state is that the package was deliverd and there is nothing they will do about it.

They are liars and thieves. Don't purchase anything from them!! I ordered a solar powered hanging bird bath and got a cheep plastic bowl with chain. Try to get my money back, what a laugh. Don't fall for their lies.

This company does false advertising. I purchased a drone and is not what I ordered. They will not refund me for the drone even after I proved it was fake. I want my refund.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! That’s my advice. I ordered a product and I didn’t hear from them for a couple weeks. When I reached out to them they said my product already shipped which then came in two days. It’s not what I ordered they won’t take it back or refund my money. Very deceptive advertising. I think it just a con game they run.

False advertising. I purchased a big foot bird feeder that had two birds sitting on his hand eating from a bowl between his hands. An average size bird may be 3 inches tall. So according to photo this big foot would be around 18 inches tall. When I received it the item was 5 inches tall. Where did they find 1/2 in birds to pose for the photo. Will not allow me to return

I ordered a fuel transfer pump for $49 that runs on a dewalt battery. I waited for 5 weeks for delivery, they sent me a fuel transfer pump that runs on C batteries. This pump sells for $11.99 on amazon. They sell you one item and ship you something else. There is NO phone number to call just an e-mail and they refuse to take it back. Read all of the negative reviews stay away from this company I think they ship from China this is a scam don't waste your money. Alma from customer service is that's her real name is out of her mind. I'm not sure how anyone could work for a company like this, this is a scam stay away.

They could at least send you the stuff you buy I bought a Drone off them an never got it an they keep sending fake tracking numbers.107.00 u.s dollars I paid for it.the air view 4 drone that's advertised on facebook.never got my package.thanks to Facebook letting them put it on there.an they are real good at playing you off.

I order and got a item that doesn't even come close to what they advertised. They bait you with false advertising. What's worse they are not place on ad the company that's advertising. You get that info after you purchase. Why is that Facebook and other social sites allow these companies to advertise on there platforms without over site. Please do your research first. If it sounds and looks too good to be true. Then your gonna get rip off.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Tessiflex.com. I purchased the Halloween Solar Light(s) thru Tick Tock. What I thought I was purchasing vs. what I received was a total bait and switch. I thought I was getting 2 sets of 6ft Solar Lights (this is what the website was advertising). What I received was only 1 and best it was 2ft tall. The pole did not fit into the base and the smoke (fog) did not work. The product looked like someone assembled it in their garage. The quality of the product was horrible and the customer service from Tessiflex was even worst. I sent "several" emails that went back and forth on my dissatisfaction with the product and wanted a refund. They refused. And it took about 28 days for delivery!!! If I could rate this at a zero, I would. They don't care about the quality of their products that they sale nor do they care about customer service. Buyer beware!!!!!

Total scam. Like many others I ordered the Halloween fog lantern. Ordered two sets for a total of $159.98. What i received were two desktop lantern that you can probably buy at the dollar store. Got ripped off. They will not refund me instead offer at %15 refund and %30 discount on future purchase, like I'm buying from them again. Just curious to know how do I take them to small claims court? I kinda want to take their %15 refund, better than nothing, but I'm worried that it will forfeit any claims I may have with them if I accept their small refund.

I too was fooled by the Halloween fog lights and got cheap dollar store solar lights. They refused to refund so I didn’t a chargeback from my bank, and now they’re begging me to reverse it and work with them. Maybe they shouldn’t scam people. If you were duped, do a chargeback with your bank. Maybe if enough people do they’ll be shut down.

The Halloween fog lights are a complete rip off. The footage of the product is stolen from another content creator. They are fighting my return and refund. I wish I had checked before impulsively buying.
