One star = I did not receive my order. Two star = I received less than expected. Three star = I received exactly what I ordered. Four star = Better than expected. 5 star= above and beyond. REVIEW: Online order clearly puts “free testosterone” in the title of what you are ordering but purposely confusing lists in the title of my order but includes it in a more expensive test. Results took much longer than expected. Also not ever quest lab accepts this, I had to drive to a 2nd location after I was refused service.
This company fully expects you to buy at a quick glance and then gaslight light you when you don’t know their proprietary codes and references. I fully expected my “free testosterone” results included with my test because it was included as “bioreference” in the title of what I paid for. Then I found out that means nothing and is put there to boost sales, no other reason.

Hi Santino, we are sorry to hear that you feel that way. We try to be as clear as possible on our pages so that there is no confusion about what you order from us.
It looks as though your order took a total of 3 business days, as we stated online and that the item you ordered to test was exactly what you got. You ordered a total testosterone test which is exactly what you got and if you wanted both markers we do carry a panel for that for an extra 10 dollars, you would just need to order that instead. BioReference is a lab we use in NY/NJ and has nothing to do with boosting sales.
If there is anything we can do here, please reach out to support and we can look at your account further to see what we can do to make this right for you.

cheap and very quick and easy
everything was quick and easy i even switched from labcorp to quest. sent me a new lab form with no problem. i shoped online and test well was cheapest for what i wanted to have done.
