Very unpolished product
Firstly, why on earth was all the curriculum not provided at the initial stage of study? The online element post in person class is fair enough but why was not everything included at that point in time!? I’ve been forced to come back and finish off this course with no indication as to what I did not complete. Secondly I now come to do this mystery second part of the course and the website doesn’t even take me to the course? Am I supposed to guess? Safe to say I am very dissatisfied. I will conclude on a positive note and say that the in person training was excellent. You’ve just got to clean up everything else in the program

Test and Tag - Face to face
While the online portion was long and a bit frustrating, it was very thorough.
The classroom session was well paced, and covered the topic well.
Nathan's instruction guidance set us up well for successfully challenging the theory and practical assessment.
I would recommend the course to anyone wanting to achieve this qualification.

The class sizes were perfect. Not too large that the trainer could not give their full attention to everyone.
I also had the good fortune to have another trainer help me on the phone when I was stuck on a question during the online training.

I felt that the instructor didn’t have much patience with people whose first language is not English. He was a bit rude to me and another student. I didn’t feel comfortable, and I wouldn’t return or recommend it to immigrants like me. They should clearly state that this is only for Australians before taking payment.

Pre course infirmation
More info for Southport regarding parking and lunch. Thanks for the parking permit and for the great lunch. A little note in the confirmation letter would be helpful. Any dietary requirements required and fridge space availability if needed, all round a good experience and would recommend to anyone, thanks
