I was not given the complete money per item due to 2 boxes that were "damaged." I wish I would have taken pictures myself because I know they were not damaged when I sent them. I know next time.

I've been selling supplies to Teststripz for some time now, and never once have I had even the smallest of issues with them. Their website is well-designed, easy to navigate and extremely user-friendly. When it comes to payment reliability, they are the best in the business. I've been selling to them for years, and in every single case, I was promptly paid the exact same day they received my supplies.

Their reliability rate is a huge asset, as the same cannot be said of many of their competitors. The one time I tried another company when Teststripz selling platform was down, it took them 2 whole weeks to send me my money!

However...there are 2 reasons I didn't give them 5 stars. FIRST: where Teststripz only offers payment by check or PayPal (who charges ridiculous fees), most other places now offer fee-free payment options like Zelle, CashApp or Venmo. I'd love to see Teststripz offer one or more of these, particularly Zelle. SECOND: though the prices they pay are very good, when checking around I found that they're not quite as high as the prices many competitors offer. 2 Examples: Teststripz currently pays $64 for Dexcom G7 sensors, versus the $68 that several major competitors pay, and when comparing payment rates for Freestyle Lite Test Strips 50 count (yellow box), Teststripz pays $25 versus the $30 payment rate of several competitors.

But there are a few instances where Teststripz pays MORE than other companies, like in the case of Freestyle Lite Test Strips 100 count (yellow box), where Teststripz's payment rate of $45 beats out their competitors, who only pay $40.

All in all, if you want a truly 100% stress-free experience with always impeccable customer service, Teststripz is definitely your best bet. Others may pay more, but you'll be taking a chance when it comes to when and in some cases IF you'll receive your money.
