Tether had to make a refund out to me and asked for my ethereum adress.
So i gave them my eth wallet adress.

They made payment and I was so relieved just to find out they sent usdt tether but it should've been eth as they requested my eth wallet.

No my money is trapped in my wallet but I cannot access it

Scam company . I send money to my wallet and for their mistake was send to the contract address. When I request the refund they told me ok. But I was going to pay 10%. I accepted now I have the ticket 800419 open. And everyday they ask something else. I already send ID and bank statement and I already proof that the wallet is mine and now they ask my International passport and more and more things. Is just a way to keep you money and do not pay. Keep away from them. Really a scam

It’s a scam app. You send money, you operate the cripto and when is about to withdraw the funds, you should pay 20% taxes from the gained amount separately. Do you should send more money in order to unblock the existing funds you have. This is a scam, there are no taxes to be paid and you will never see your funds back. Happened to me on 5th of May 2024

After you top up a wallet, you cannot manage your money - you should "confirm your identity" for 25 USDT. And after that, you will find out that won't allow you to withdraw money if it's less than X USDT (X is big!).

i have send them 150 USDT (contract address ) by mistake

tronLink web extension (SCAM APP) gave me wrong USDT address their contract address intead of my own

when i asked them to return money to initial address their support member started to ask too many unrelated questions

they just closed my ticket and did not return my money

ticket number is 835780

they just closed it since i did not respond,

i did not respond since it does not make any sense, their people are too many talking too my

they asked my why i am using US ip .. but i have never used it since i am from Ukraine.

thus i decided that it is SCAM talk and it does not make any sense to continue talking with their support team
