My battery doesn't work
My battery doesn't work, so hard to review a product that is defective from the start. When I plug it in to charge the lights at the end all light, but that's the only time. It doesn't turn on or work with a cartridge. Please send directions for returning for a working model.

Customer service and prompt attention was excellent!! I paid extra for expedited shipping, and when they sent the wrong item, they promptly sent out the correct item the same day! They also expedited the shipping on the replacement as well! They were extremely courteous, prompt in their replies, and I am now a lifelong customer!
