Fair, Professional and communicative
I don’t normally write a review, not even on Amazon. However, when I find a business that is fair priced, professional every step of the way and communicative I must give them their props. Texas Window Store and Texas Window Store Team are that business. From meeting with us to choose the windows and doors, the time frame to install and the installation itself, we knew what was going to happen. There was a small delay in the installation due to weather and availability, but Jesse let us know ahead of time, which we appreciated. The installers were also very professional and communicative. If I had a question, they had the answer. They walked us through the entire installation. We had a couple of other Window companies bid to replace our windows and external doors. The doors were a problem. Their sales team, after setting up a demonstration meeting using up a weeknight, informed us they do not install doors even though we were clear about what we wanted. They were also very high pressure and much more expensive. We even attempted to have one of the big box stores, that supply doors and windows with an installation service give us a bid. They said, after they came to measure that “our external doors can’t be replaced.” Texas Window Store replaced our external doors and did a great job doing so. I highly recommend the Texas Window Store and Team. Install and review on 4/20/2023.

Love our new windows!!
We just had our windows replaced by Texas Window Store of Austin and couldn't be happier!! The installation crew was top-notch and did an excellent job. Our home is limestone with stucco and they made the windows look like they were installed when the house was built!! We absolutely love everything about our new windows and highly recommend Texas Window Store of Austin!!
