Terrible platform. Sure, some features work, but much of the interface is clunky. Stay away if you want TTS functionality; since 2024, the generation doesn't work for many voices (or customer voices.)

There is NO support whatsoever. They won't reply to your emails and the only way to get your money back is through chargeback. Worst service I've ever used—don't fall for it.

Another AI scam platform. The Listen and Synthesize buttons stopped working. When pressed they do nothing, and do not show error messages either. That was the only feature I bought their Lifetime plan for. Support does not answer emails.

Echoing some of the other poor reviews – it's a pretty great service, and the voices sound good. There's a few features that would make it truly fantastic, but unfortunately support is nonexistent.

I'm locked out of my "lifetime subscription" and the "contact us" form on their website simply does not work, and I have never got a reply to any email I've sent.

I picked up a Lifetime Max - UNLIMITED Plan, and whilst AI chats and voice are marked Unlimited, my IMAGES (which should also read Unlimited (lower res)/XXX(HiRes) per month) is locked to ZERO, and I cannnot generate ANY image of ANY size, nor video, nor icon, nor avatar (or any image related activity).

It is a great "online only" utility package - if it works! They have HORRIBLE customer service. I have contacted them 6 times over 2 months - and not a single response. No fix. :(

If any Support member is reading this, please get in touch. We paid good money in good faith. Your concept is great - but you are doing yourself a disservice by not even bothering with customer support! I will change my review if fixed.

Very poor customer service. Called their hotline but only answering machine was available. Emailed them but not responding. Not recommendable. 😕

Pésimo servicio, compré la licencia de por vida en mazo y ahora que quiero utilizarla en septiembre no me permite hacer nada, al parecer cambiaron la versión de chat gpt y no puedo hacer nada, para todo me pide escalar mi licencia pero no estoy dispuesto a hacerlo, apenas y uso el servicio un par de veces al mes.

Y del soporte técnico definitivamente es lo peor, no hay mecanismos de contacto eficaces, nunca responden.

Tienes un pésimo servicio al cliente. Supuestamente mantienen soporte 24/7 y ya llevo varias semanas tratando de comunicarme con ellos enviándoles correos a las dos direcciones de atención. Y no responden.

Había comprado la licencia de por vida Plus y me la han desactivado. Solo la pude usar dos meses. Y nadie me da soporte.
Muy mal. No los recomiendo.

Textalky is really cool. It turns my scripts into speech so fast, and the voices sound great. There are a few bugs here and there, but they don't bother me much. Keep up the good work!

This app is a lifesaver! As someone with dyslexia, they help me understand written content much better. The voices are clear and pleasant. Wish I found it sooner!

Their site has been a game changer for me. I use it to convert my notes into audio files so I can listen while commuting. It's not perfect, but it's pretty darn close. Great job, team!

I love using Texttalky, It really helps me save time and the quality is just top-notch. Sometimes it mispronounce a word or two, but overall it's fantastic.

I paid for the Lifetime Deal - Plus level of subscription, but was only granted the lower Lifetime Deal level and no one has responded to my support ticket about the discrepancy.

So easy to use, no complicated decisions, just use! Great results!

You can not use all available voices, but the one i use sounds pretty alright (Guy; Nearal)! The effects does not seem to have any effect.

After one month of use (purschased 2.000.000.000 credits for only 37,-), i can not select any voice anymore. So it's unusable now.

I read some comments about voice updates, so that could be the reason.

UPDATE: It works again after quick reply here!

Account does not seem to be setup yet as login attempts are failing.

I used the promo for life but now, the Indonesian language can't be used. out of 6 votes only 2 can. even though my credit text is still 2 billion. but it can no longer be used optimally
