Ralph was a superstar on the lead up to moving day, keeping in touch & doing his best to make sure he could help us around moving day as our completion date changed. The removals team were fab, really friendly & punctual on the day & did everything quickly & cleaning. They packaged fragile things very carefully and with our items that went into storage it was reassuring to see them locked securely with a tag for us to see it’d been kept sealed whilst away. Overall, amazing service & would definitely recommend.

Very friendly service from the first enquiry to the final box being unloaded. The team of guys and Sophie were so friendly, respectful, helpful and polite and really worked with me to get everything sorted out. Sarah and Ralph also very helpful and friendly and I would absolutely recommend TFM Removals for your next house move.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. We had problems with the completion of our house sale and they bent over backwards to fit round our needs - nothing was too much trouble.

Our belongings were in storage for a month and I had no worries that they were safe and secure - the team kept us updated and checked in with us regularly.

On both collection and delivery, the teams worked like trojans ensuring that everything was packed securely and wasn't damaged in transit and then making sure everything was safely delivered to required rooms.

I honestly have not dealt with such a professional company who really made us feel comfortable in a very stressful time. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Weather was horrendous but the wrapped everything up and put sheets down everywhere.
They worked so hard and looked after all our heavy furniture.

What a professional team. I had initally signed up with another removals company in Chelmsford. However their communication was shocking. Speaking to TFM was like a breath of fresh air. Communicated with me lots, answered all questions, did what they said they were going to do. Then on the removals days ( we had two separate days) the guys turned up on time, ensured carpets were covered, wouldnt let me help :-), were diligent, friendly, polite and worked very hard. I had full confidence that everything would be looked after and packed correctly. Couldnt recommend TFM enough and its not often you get to say that these days. Thank you

Everything was done so professionally, we didn’t have to do anything apart from the packing, and the guys went above and beyond to care for our furniture and goods. Given the weather wasn’t good on the day, and an awkward entrance to the property, couldn’t praise them enough!

From the first telephone call to book the removals to the guys leaving the new house it was so easy, nothing was to much trouble. I paid for the packing service as part of the removal and it was seamless, they came in the day before packed and filled the van the next day. We moved over 300 miles away, it was an overnight stay, but they meet us at the new house bright and early at 08.00 and they moved the boxes into the rooms I wanted and even put the furniture in the right places. For something that could have been so difficult they made it so easy. Thank you to Adam, James, Stat, and Sarah in the office you were amazing.
