I took my car in for a full service and MOT.
They called me the same afternoon to say unfortunately it has failed the MOT and explained what the problem was and estimated cost.
They apologised that unfortunately they were unable to retest that afternoon ( not a problem) and would do it the following day.
The following day I received a message to say the car is ready to collect.
Very friendly staff and I love that I got a keyring and air freshener!
I highly recommend the company and will happily use again.

I had an issue with a noisy blower in my Ford Fiesta ST line eco boost. 2 places had looked and said they may need to remove the entire dashboard. They suggested Ford Specialist. I find specialist garages very expensive. Was in the dive shop unit, opposite TGPP and they recommended them. Very impressed. They checked it there and then. Said they could fix it and booked me in. The only expensive bit was the Ford specific part. Quick repair, friendly professional service. After months I have a lovely quiet drive again. Thanks guys.
After discovering via my regular mechanical that my Ford Fiesta EcoBoost had a “wet belt”, and him recommending I use a specialist garage to replace this, one that does them in a regular basis, I did some research to find one nearby. I didn’t find many that were reputable but luckily came across TGPP Autocare and 1 other. TGPP’s reviews on Google & Trustpilot were really positive, great website that mentioned the specialist job I required, and their customer service was also really helpful when I enquired and answered all my questions promptly. My regular mechanic also looked at my possible options and told me he thought these were the best company to go with so I took the plunge and booked.
From start to finish TGPP Autocare’s customer service, work and value for money were excellent. My car sounds and drives beautifully, they really know their stuff when it comes to these type of car models & jobs. It’s a complex and time consuming job replacing a wet belt and really needs a team that excel in this area, TGPP certainly do this! If you are local to or willing to travel to Stevenage like I was, don’t go to F**d and pay an extortionate price, use TGPP, the service I received was exemplary. Cannot recommend them enough. Had my PATS fluid replaced today and Im so pleased to have TGPP so close to home because I will always be using this garage and also recommend to family and friends.The guys are very knowledgeable and clearly top level mechanics they are polite and friendly and dont rip you off. 10 out of 10
Fast responses to requests and managed to fit me kn next day, when other garages were quoting me weeks.
Great price and quick repair on my bearing, I advise it was front right, they checked and found it was front left so saved me making a mistake on that.

Had to get my car recovered after it broke down, phoned TGPP Autocare & they let the recovery truck drop the car outside & drop keys.
After a quick diagnosis they phoned me & told me it was the cam-belt jumping.
Quick discussion about the work required, agreed a price & next day I get a call to say car can be collected.
Superb service, quick & reliable, very reasonably priced & they even booked in my partners car the following week for a full service & general health check.
Highly recommend & will be keeping their number to book my MOT & Service.

Just had my ford focus 1.0 ecoboost cambelt/Wetbelt done. Alot cheaper than what fords quoted and the staff were very professional and friendly. Thank you for looking at my car quickly and sorting out the timing belt. I will be using again.
