Very unreliable. There was no communication what so ever. When I did not receive the order after 13 days I called. Then they cancelled the order saying UPS misplaced the order. I don’t recommend this... Voir plus

ordered 5 compartment plates, were thin and not heavyduty
I ordered the 5 compartment plates for my sons graduation, but they are not heavy duty. They are infact bending from one end and a little flimsy. I wish they will upgrade the quality of the plates. Also there is a restocking fees of 20% and cost of shipping back that the customer has to pay. I got some plates from my local indian store and they were more sturdier than the once I received from Thalimart.
Customer service is good and they do respond right away. Over all the plates are not bad, but need to be little more thicker for indian food. Especially if you have something that needs to be cut with fork or spoon and eaten these plates will not work.
