Jacqueline made me feel very at ease and explained everything very thoroughly. She was very thorough in everything she did. I had a follow up call from her and I would feel very comfortable dealing with her when the time comes to pursue taking action.

Jacqueline went above and beyond to help me quickly address sudden hearing loss that was deeply impacting my life and relationships. She saw me as a walk-in appointment and was able to get my life back on the right track a week later with a hearing aid. My daily life had been completely overshadowed by my hearing loss and Jacqueline literally gave me the keys to my life back through her compassion and skill. She saw me as a person she could help and went above and beyond to get me that help. I couldn't recommend more highly.
