The Hearing Care Partnership - Bideford Avis 9

I visited Claire Francis at her Hearing Care surgery in Bideford yesterday following on from a recommendation as she is able to offer a water based ear syringe as is my first choice of method.
I found her service to me excellent with a full satisfaction and would have no hesitation in informing others who could benefit from a visit to have ear wax removed painlessly and at a reasonable cost,many thanks Claire.

When you've been partially deaf for a long time, you become inured to the condition and "what" becomes your most used word. After having years of wax removed from my ears, a hearing test confirmed my depleted hearing. Claire Francis at The hearing Care Partnership, embedded within Hughs Opticians in Bideford took over my hearing deficiencies. She calmly and professionally explained my problems, and what options were available to me. I opted for "Oticon" hearing aids. First of all they're so light that you don't notice you're wearing them! Then it was almost cataclysmic the improvement it made to my hearing. To be realistic you can't restore something that has gone, but you can vastly improve what you have. It has made a dramatic difference to my life, and I'm so grateful to Claire for giving me back a huge dimension to my life!

I needed to have a hearing test as part of a diagnostic process with my ENT consultant. Kirsten did an amazing job of my test, explaining very clearly what the different tests were and her very clear interpretation of the results. Extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again.

Having tried a few hearing aid options previously, without finding a comfortable solution, I was not expecting to get such a great resolution as I found with The Hearing Partnership in Bideford.

Claire Francis was extremely knowledgeable and very keen to get to a longer term solution that worked for me, even though that meant putting up with me asking for adjustments to the type of aid in order to achieve a perfect fit.

Absolutely brilliant wax removal service , can't be faulted ..Never had ear vacuum before , bizarre feeling but so much kinder to your ears .. Worth the money to be able to hear once again.. Can't promote Claire @Hughes Opticians Bideford enough..

After wearing NHS hearing aids for about two years , it was a delight to be able to hear all about me and listen to the radio at the same time. It is also so useful to be able to fine tune the performance. I had the most excellent service from Claire at Bridgeland Street and the after service has been excemplary . I really am most grateful to Claire and the little darlings in my ears.

Excellent visit.I went to check my hearing and was treated with empathy, care and professionalism by Claire Francis. Each part of the process was well explained and it was a very interesting experience. I didn’t need hearing aids but have every confidence that when I eventually do, that it will be a positive visit in every respect.
