The lady (SHELLIE) who did my hearing test was truly brilliant.
She was so knowledgeable that I found the time spent having the test was of great interest to me, just to learn how my ears are put together and how they work, she really did make me feel that The Hearing Care partnership really do want to make peoples hearing a lot better,
With as little inconvenience as possible

Thorough explanation given
Shellie took her time and explained all the tests she ran and the results thoroughly. I was given a test on the hearing aid most suited to my needs, and a brakdown of the cost options involved. Would highly recommend.

I was struggling to hear properly with…
I was struggling to hear properly with an expensive hearing aid from a well known pharmacy. When they told me to go elsewhere to remove wax, I went to the HCP in St Austell where Shellie offered a free comprehensive hearing assessment which was much more comprehensive than before. I then decided that I would try her recommended hearing aids, which were not cheap, but improved my hearing beyond recognition. Professional and friendly service. I don’t regret deciding to change. It has made such a difference to my social life.

Hearing Consultations.
I saw Shellie in Charlestown which was very convenient. She took great care with all the tests and ensured that I was comfortable. She offered me the chance to try some hearing aids outside, with the sounds of the real world. Shellie was very good at explaining all the details. In the middle of my two consultations I was ill with Covid and she adjusted my appointments accordingly.
