I had my ear wax dealt with by James at the Folkestone branch. He explained everything that was going to happen, and as an anxious person, he put my mind at ease. Really knowledgeable, really kind and got the job done! Definitely reccommend and will definitely be back.

Peace of Mind
I went to have my ears checked and de-waxed as I was concerned that I might have a problem. James Musselwhite explained the procedures he would use and what they would tell us. He found wax in one ear and removed it, without pain. He then tested my hearing in both ears and explained I had a slight loss in my right ear at high frequency. The whole experience was very pleasant and informative. James suggested some further action I could take, but I left feeling much better informed and with great peace of mind. Thankyou.
