Ear Investigation and Wax Removal
Have visited James Musselwhite a number of times over the last 18 months or so. James is always friendly, courteous and professional. I suffer from Menieres Disease and am unable to use wax softening aids but James is very considerate of my situation. This visit was to remove wax to aid recovery from a Menieres attack over the Christmas period. Following inspection James was concerned about an area of membane in my ear. We discussed this with the aid of pictures. After a referral to THCP ENT team James emailed me back with their recommendation plus the pictures to enable me to visit my GP with the appropriate evedence. Will definitely continue to visit James or one of his colleagues locally, the process is very easy and extremely convenient.
