Appointment with Vicky Hurst at kidlington oxford,21 may not able to complete, next appointment 4th june,not able to complete as didn't have correct equipment, next appointment 25th june,this was cancelled by thcp didn't have equipment back,this was to be rearranged by Vicky, now the 19th july still no phone call !!
