Wow, an eye opener for ears!
Wow, an eye-opener for ears! completely different to what I was expecting.. no more having to sit in one of those tiny booths – instead Michelle carefully explained the process, administered the hearing tests with the latest tech and described the results. Which is where the real information comes from – I never knew about certain frequencies and the ones which were lost to me, hence not catching conversations or missing scenes on TV. Michelle was superb from start to finish, even down to trying on hearing aids for the first time and demonstrating for real the clarity I have been missing. Very highly recommended.

Trust in the product and service
I cannot rate the service of this Company, personal care by Michelle and quality of hearing aid’s highly enough. After using them for six months I forget I have them as I have my hearing restored, whether I’m at choir, the theatre, restaurant or just meeting friends I can rest assured that I have my confidence back to join in again.

For the first time ever I attended a hearing test at the business premises of Bill and Bill, opticians of Newton Abbot. The audiologist with whom I had an appointment put me entirely a ease, could not have been more helpful in explaining the outcome of my tests, and was most professional in her approach.

I went to see Michelle Tedder in Newton…
I went to see Michelle Tedder in Newton Abbot yesterday . I had never had a hearing assessment before and happily all was well with my hearing . Michelle was amazing and explained everything to do with the tests. She was clear and very approachable and certainly put my mind at rest on several questions I had . I look forward to seeing her again in the future.
All in all a very positive experience !
