Booked appointment with faye with potential ear wax ,absolutely brilliant experience. Faye very punctual and professional. She did various tests and showed me evidence of zero wax ,turns out it was fluid in middle ear .as there was no wax she said no cost ! If I had gone through nhs route, which u can't even get in would of taken months to reach diagnosis.

I received a very warm welcome upon arriving for my appointment, and a lovely cup of coffee, while a waited a few short minutes to be seen. The Audiologist Faye was very friendly, explained the whole process in great detail and before I knew it the procedure (ear wax removal) was done!

Faye answered all of my questions and provided some very useful aftercare resources. My hearing improved and symptoms are gone, I couldn't have wished for a better outcome!

I didn’t know what to expect from my first hearing assessment as an adult, and so was naturally a bit nervous about my initial appointment. My Audiologist and Hearing Aid Consultant Faye Hall was friendly, courteous and a super effective communicator. Speaking with Faye and going through the range of assessments helped me get exactly the understanding I was looking for. There was also a clear explanation of options with respect to how my hearing can improve. Would highly recommend.

This was the most detailed hearing check I have ever had, and it was a revelation. My audiologist, Faye, was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but such a pleasant lady. She explained everything so clearly. Fortunately for me, my hearing is very good for my age, with only a slight loss, so at this stage I don’t require any aids. However, I will have a follow up when advised, but in the meantime I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
