The Hearing Care Partnership - Waltham Abbey Avis 2

I wanted to thank especially Saira Nahim for her excellent service today at the Waltham Abbey store where she kindly helped me with some custom earplugs for long distance swimming. Even before the meeting she confirmed everything on email we had a nice conversation on the phone she explained everything and she did the work today which was excellent. I decided in the end to actually buy the actual custom earplugs from her via ACS who they partner with, as it was a lot easier and more seamless. Additionally as she had time she did a hearing test for me and now I have a plan for the future for hearing loss. Super service x

My wife is constantly telling that I am not listening to her. What a surprise I hear you say. She noticed that when I am having a Zoom meeting in the house the whole street can hear me. A recent holiday she realised that I was shouting and loud. Well, I visited Saira today, who is an audiologist and she very nicely made me aware of my wife's perceptions. A 90 minute hearing test confirmed my wife's observations and, moreover, with a hearing aid fitted I could hear soft speech much clearer than without them, And, I had stopped shouting! Thank you Saira, and the Hearing Care Partnership for giving me a wake up call.
