From our very first visit to Alex Andrews, the experience has been outstanding. My mother, who has just had her 90th birthday, finally needed some assistance with her hearing. She has done amazingly well to not need hearing aids until now! Alex is extremely professional, friendly and courteous and made my mother feel comfortable and at ease at all times. Everything was explained thoroughly and all the hearing tests were carried out very thoroughly too. The hearing aids are great and the two-weekly follow up appointments, to gradually adjust the hearing aids, have been equally positive. We would not hesitate in recommending The Hearing Care Partnership and particularly the Hearing Aid Audiologist, Alex.

Concerned about a change in my hearing I booked an appointment with Alex Andrews, audiologist at the Hearing Care Partnership in West Moors, Dorset. This being my first hearing test and feeling apprehensive I was soon made to feel at ease by Alex. The appointment was not at all rushed. Alex clearly explained the means by which we hear, the reasoning behind each test and the resulting outcome of each test. The outcome necessitated a prescription for hearing aids. Alex was very professional again when discussing what would be suitable for me. Alex left me to make my own decisions as to which aids to choose based on the information and advice he had given me and my budget. Finally Alex encouraged me to contact him at any time should I have any questions in the future which I found very reassuring.

We had an appointment for my Mum for her first hearing test knowing she needed help hearing. She was really apprehensive about it.
Alex Andrews was the audiologist and he put Mum at ease from the start. He explained everything that was going on for every step of the process. Alex answered all of Mums questions comprehensively and ours too!
She went back for her fitting and follow up appointments for adjustments. It has truly changed her life. The hearing aids she has are easy to insert and use and charge on their own unit overnight. Would highly recommend.
