Excellent service, friendly and relaxed. Hannah had a lovely manner with her, took time to discuss my hearing, issues etc. and explained everything. Would definitely recommend.

Nikisha made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable.I had my hearing tested and had moulds made for hearing protection.

From finding it very difficult to hear to having much better hearing was the result of a visit to the Hearing Care Partnership in Orriss & Low's premises, Winscombe, Somerset. The booking was easy, the appointment, despite Covid, prompt and efficient. After treatment, which was straightforward and didn't take long, their operative completed a hearing test to confirm that one's hearing had improved, which indeed it had, the result made the fee worth it, so thank you.
