We are the parent company of Glow Heating Services Ltd, and together we support both the trade and homeowners across Lincolnshire and beyond. We run a full merchant, trade counter and warehouse in Lincoln, backed by a team with real industry experience. This includes our materials co ordinator Clint Sawyer, who has over 25 years in the plumbing and heating trade and looks after all orders coming into the business. Clint ensures materials are picked, packed and processed correctly so deliveries arrive as they should. He is always on hand to offer straightforward, helpful service. Alongside Clint is Jack McGovern, the owner of The Glow Group. Jack provides technical support on all heating and cooling products and brings hands on experience from system design, installation and aftercare. If you need guidance, you will get honest advice based on real engineering knowledge. As an NICEIC Approved Assessment Centre and trusted heating merchant, we also support engineers with training and product supply for heat pumps and modern heating systems. Our goal is to raise standards and help the trade deliver better outcomes for customers. Glow Heating Services Ltd, our installation arm, specialises in renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps, alongside traditional systems including natural gas, LPG and oil. We also install and maintain air conditioning systems, keeping homes and businesses comfortable all year round. Gold star service
Contacted The Glow Group after being let down by British Gas. From the very first message the service I received was A1. Had a couple of hurdles to jump due to boiler location but everything was dealt with efficiently. I was kept informed along the way. Jack & his team go above & beyond . Will not be using anyone else now

Wonderful Local Heating Company
Our heating went down last week. Having had our boiler fitted with British Gas we attempted to get in touch with them, despite us having a 6 month old baby in the house the best appointment they could offer was over 3 weeks! Several friends recommended Glo Group and we are so glad they did. Calling and speaking to an actual human who was super helpful and an appointment with an engineer was booked in for less than 2 days away was a great start. Superb. The engineer was on time, professional and got our system working again in less than an hour. We have signed up to one of their monthly plans given how impressed we are with this company.

Central heating issue
We had a sudden issue with the boiler late afternoon / early evening. Gave Glow Group a call and he came round to review that same day. Issue reoccurred the next day, requiring a part to be changed in the heating system. This was all completed within 24 hours.
Great service, fair price, easy to use website and great comms. 👍 easy 5 stars
