Fantastic Experience with The Next Decor!
This is a positive review for "The Next Decor" company. I was looking for classy wall art for my new apartment but within my budget. I checked multiple websites. Sadly, either their products did not appeal to me or they were expensive and out of my budget. In fact, I even ordered few items from Amazon and Flipkart. It turned out to be a disaster. The listings and the actual wall art were not the same and by a huge margin. I almost gave up hope. Then I came across The Next Decor. I had at length discussions with them over WhatsApp and phone. Their products were available on Amazon and Flipkart too but the pricing was vastly different between eComm companies and their own The Next Decor website. So, I was worried that I may be taken for a ride but their team was patient and explained the differences between what was sold on eComm companies and their own website. To be sure, I ordered from eComm companies and The Next Decor website. I compared and found that The Next Decor team was speaking the truth.
So, I went ahead and finally purchased my choice of wall art from The Next Decor website directly. They gave me a competitive website. When the wall art arrived, I was elated as the art not only met my expectations but also exceeded them. 2 pieces however had issues. I reported them to their team. They were supportive and replaced them. I even spoke to their Founder Vikas. This gentleman is very humble, grounded and helpful. Not only the products but also the customer service of Next Decor, is exceptional! Their team even customises as per your requirements. If you need a specific art done, then you can share the picture with them and they will design it. The size can be customised too. Their materials are high quality too. They use metal profiles, good quality MDF for the back of the art, acrylic prints and crystals.
Today, my apartment is fitted with the wall art from The Next Decor. My wife and I are very happy and proud. Several of our neighbours from our gated community have made enquiries too from where we purchased the art. I can wholeheartedly say that the wall art from The Next Decor is definitely worth your money. Thank you Vikas and The Next Decor team.
