I originally was referred to Hardip by a friend. Right from the start, he explained the process and what he was going to do for me. More than anything, he guided me through the process step by step. He was always at the end of the phone day or night. At the time I was looking for a buy-to-let purchase and the first flat we viewed was a risky property, Hardip was able to advise on the risks involved and i managed to dodge a bullet. He also reviewed my life cover and discovered a huge amount that was not covered. I can't recommend Hardip enough to those who need a mortgage or any life cover information, experience and service are invaluable.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Hardip for supporting my family over the last several months. 2 remortgages due within months of each other left me feeling anxious and nervous for months. Hardip was more than just an advisor. He took time to listen and showed real empathy. Over the course of a few months he stayed in regular contact as he endeavoured to find the best deals for me.
In additional to the mortgages Hardip also identified the need for me to obtain life insurance which he also set up.

Alex sorted out my remortgage for me efficiently ,there was never any pressure , when asked questions was knowledgeable , i was given choices with examples to be able to make decisions in my own time , other options for insurance were offered again without pressure .

It was my first time using mortgage broker. I had previously looked for mortgages myself but given the rising costs in everyday life I thought let me see if someone who is deals with daily is able to assist. I have to say Hema didn’t disappoint. Super helpful and always contactable both over phone and text. When she was unable to speak she would let you know and call you back or arrange a time where you could ring back.
