Ordered a couple of acrylic sheets for large poster frames going in my workshop because they weigh half that of glass and won’t ever break like glass if knocked. Delivery was pretty quick too.

Ordered a white acrylic splash back with pre drilled countersunk holes. All arrived well wrapped with corners protected .Very happy.

Small thing - but they say order samples, and you get your money back if you order full product. 4 weeks later, several emails and contacts - no refund for the sample order despite ordering full product.

Atrocious. Wish I had also read the recent reviews before ordering. Trying to sort return & refund for goods ordered on website but despite x5 emails / x3 phone messages (voicemail only available) and x2 FB messages - no response whatsoever.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Like previous reviewers - I ordered white frosted acrylic and was sent solid white gloss acrylic. After numerous emails they agreed I could have a refund but only if I first paid £25 to return the item!! Obviously given that other reviewers have not received refunds they were promised I am not going to throw good money after bad. Avoid this company like the plague!
