Purchase 2 ready cut acrylic wall panels for bathroom shower refurbishment and notice they are almost see through we could see the tiled back ground and adhesive pattern

We apologise for the issues you have faced whilst installing the material. We do always recommend that customers purchase a sample before placing a large order to test the quality and appearance prior to using any adhesive as some colours are not completely solid. The surface that the material is being mounted on does play a part in whether you can see through the material. For example, if you are mounting onto a flat black surface, it is unlikely you will see any adhesive whereas if you are mounting on a gloss white, bright surface, the likelihood of seeing the adhesive through the material is higher

Late delivery even after paying…
Late delivery even after paying express! Took longer than express quoted.
Emailed customer services said it was being dispatched Thursday to receive Friday, didn’t get dispatch till Friday, then said arriving Monday!!!
Fuming, lost a customer.
Then tried to call them on Friday about 50 times to just keep getting answer phone.
Shocking service.
(Still not arrived when writing this)

Good price
Good price. All sheets cut to the correct size (not necessarily a given with other companies). One of the sheets was damaged in transit, but it was quickly replaced with very little fuss. I will do business with them again.
