Bespoke mirror.

Don’t use bad service
Don’t use. Bad service sent me a diff size piece from the rest of my order then wouldn’t replace or refund due to it already been put onto wall. When seeing the difference I asked for refund as thay excepted it was there error there side and wouldn’t do anything about it.

Yes we have made an error at our end, however because the material has been fabricated on by your builders and it has already been mounted onto the wall, we cannot return or replace this item

Acrylic panels looks great as bath…
Acrylic panels looks great as bath panel in my renovated bathroom. I ordered enough for side and end panel however larger panel arrived damaged-possibly in transit. Contacted supplier and sent pics of cracked panel, no issues getting replacement which arrived intact and priority delivery.

Having placed my order I realised i had forgotten to add polished edges to my order so emailed customer services, who almost immediately responded to say the order would be amended, then followed this up to say that they would not be charging for this "extra". Product was perfect and dispached on the same day the order was placed

Delivery ok I didn’t get told it was…
Delivery ok I didn’t get told it was out for delivery so didn’t know if it had turned up!! Everything was ordered 440mm high but one item came 44mm high doesn’t someone think is their something wrong here? Fair enough you’ve replaced it but I have to get someone back to fit … additional cost to me🤷♂️

Great service and delivery
Very helpful customer service chat and great delivery. I only paid for standard delivery but they came 2 days later! Items were well-packaged.
The only thing I would suggest is to have some printed wording on the protective film because, at first, I was bemused because the panels appeared to be blue instead of clear (for window tertiary glazing) and scratched! I was expecting a protective skin but it did not appear to have one as the skin was so well-placed. I was part through a complaint before I thought to check!
Don't know if any others make this mistake!
