From day one Adam stood out from the other estate agents who visited my property. He saw the potential, helped me make it more sellable (it had been rented out) and was kind and understanding when I found the whole process a bit emotional. He was always at the end of the phone, kept me up to date every step of the way and answered all of my stupid (to me) questions with endless patience. Because I lived some distance away from the house I was selling, Adam took care of anything that needed doing, from checking in on the property, doing final meter readings and generally going above and beyond. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Adam for making it a much nicer experience than expected! X

After being on the market what felt like forever and one fallen through sale, it was pretty obvious to Nick I was at my wits end! He had the uncomfortable conversations around pricing and valuations and I’m so glad he did. When many agents promise you £1000s in profit, Nick’s valuation and advice was honest and meant that I secured a sale after relisting the house with him within a matter of weeks! The marketing was amazing and the house had never looked so good! The sale took longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances but Nick kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nick is always at the end of the phone and will answer any questions around the clock (I don't know how he does it!) thanks to Nick for an excellent job well done!

Sheridan has been nothing short of amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable; he was always available any time we had a question or concern. Equally when we hit a few hurdles during the process he was constantly pushing and driving the sale for us. He is without a shadow of doubt an extremely hard working professional and has been great at communicating with me throughout the time we worked together. He bucks the trend of some of the major corporate estate agents, he won't list your property and wait months for a sale. He will proactively work towards getting you a sale in good time. His ex-military ethos compliments his working ethic - something I can associate well with. I have already recommended him to my friends and family.
