Beautiful ring and workmanship! Resized to fit perfectly and shipped super quick!
I take away one star because the alexandrite gem has a large inclusion that takes up almost the entire face of it at many angles. It is a silky "donut" and reflects much of the light that should be going into the gem.
I realize natural gems have flaws, but I was not made aware of this before purchase and the photos are taken from the angle that is hard to see the silky donut. I feel a bit misled.

I was a little skeptical when I initially found this website, mainly because i was going to be spending quite a huge sum of money on a website I wasn't familiar with. My fears were laid to rest after I spoke to someone on their end. He was very professional and walked me through the process of getting the ring resized. Overall I was very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend them.

I have made two purchases from The Alexandrite. Both times they have exceeded my expectations. First was a ring which not only did I receive complaments about rarity of color change along w estimate of price being double.
Second purchase were earrings for wife's 60th birthday which I waited a little too long. Placed the order with Leon and earrings were at my house the next day.

What suppose to be one of the best experiences of my life picking an engagement ring turned into 2 weeks nightmare, including being yelled at and called a liar by what I believe to be the “owner “ of this circus “company “ .a lot of wasted time and sleepless nights. Finally had to open a case on paypal against them to get my money back . Please save yourself the trouble and spend your money somewhere else .
Update : Not sure how this happened, but seems like they somehow got to delete my review here I left before , there were other bad reviews that are missing as well . I would be very suspicious if all the reviews out there are legit .

As of the “verified “ reviews about your company ….really?? Everyone can leave a review here , there isn’t a fact check . You can ask your friends to register and leave good reviews about you and here we go the glamorous company of yours . I personally was able to contact one of the victims of your business which review was also here and now magically disappeared. She also had to contact paypal for help after waiting months for her money back .If not mistaken was around $7000. My refund was short of $5000.
I also have all the email communication with you on record and how you treated me as a costumer.
