The Animal Care has helped me grow my knowledge and expand my business, helping other people give their dogs the best lives, offering 5* Boarding services, and offering training/knowledge to owners for behaviour, nutrition, first aid and safety. I love the ease of use on the website and you can download a certificate after course completion. I'd highly recommend this website for business owners, pet owners or even just for general knowledge as its a great way to learn and there's much to offer !

I originally reviewed this as a 2, as the customer service was awful. However, since then, the customer service team has contacted me and resolved all the issues I originally complained about, going above and beyond to rectify their mistakes. They have since been prompt with communication and compensated for the issue with the certificates. I have now added three more courses, which were very kind of Animal Care team to have added to my account, and promised to promptly issue the completed course certificates once the courses and exams are completed. Will let you all know how the customer service team gets on, and hopefully, they will keep up the consistent work.

I have taken many courses now with The Animal Care Team and have found them informative and helpful. They have been a useful tool in my Animal care business journey. The only small issue I had was purchasing a course/certificate bundle, completed the course and it didn't recognise the certificate purchase, so I had to buy the certificate again. I received purchased a course which i realised I had already completed, the customer service team swapped it for me with no trouble.

I have just had a chat with Mike, I did ask for a refund but I already started the course. But luckily I can swap for a different one that suits me better for my dig care. The assistants was very prompt.

Course itself was fine. Easy to find all that info on google but I needed a certificate. Unfortunately, despite paying for it, I am unable to claim it due to a website fault. I have contacted customer service who don't seem to understand my issue and just remind me of my order number. I know my order number! I want the certificate I paid for!

Signed up but received no correspondence aside from marketing emails.
Have tried repeatedly to cancel and get refund as per the 14 day refund policy but have had no luck getting through to them via telephone, email or chat on website.

I would avoid using these courses as the whole thing just feels like one big scam. Only did courses because purchased through reed and they didn’t stay who the course was with before purchasing. Firstly, the site and content is very out dated, lots of spelling mistakes and an awful voice over on videos which makes tons of mistakes. Secondly, you get charged for certificates that you are told at the start have a free to down load option - this is a lie! I have just been charged £23 for a certificate that was supposed to be free, and the price changed as the transaction was going through! Thirdly, and I would say the most annoying thing, no one is EVER available to speak to! An instant messaged shows on your screen saying someone is available, as soon as you send a message they some how disappear and someone will get back to you, which takes days! I will not be using this site again. Terrible customer service, terrible site, terrible content - avoid!
