Ordered 2 shirts, hasn’t came in and it’s been 3 months after the “expected delivery”. DO NOT, buy from this website. I’ve tried reaching out to the email and messaging system through the website however I’ve gotten no response. You have a better shot of actually getting an order from TEMU.
Scam
Took money and never sent the shirt I ordered. Refused to answer any email sent. Been over 2 months since order placed. I should have done my research. Do NOT order from this company. It is a scam.
avoid at all costs. They don't offer refunds and they don't respond to emails or form submissions on their site. I haven't heard from them once after many attempts to contact. Product was never shipped.
This sweater is tiny I ordered a size large 3x then my son currently wears and it's a large maybe medium probably in US sizes. After it took a literal month to get here. It's supposed to be jujitsu kaizen the symbols are wrong the gold pins on it are just generic lion pens that have nothing to do with the show. Zero communication and a "strict no refunds policy" because it's a 60$ sweater made in China for 2$ out of remnant cloth. Also looks nothing like the picture obviously.
Horrible experience I ordered a costume and it said about 7 day delivery. When it hadn’t arrived I messaged them and get not answer. I continued to message and they never answered. It seems like this is a scam website. Don’t order from here.
I ordered two Halloween costumes with estimated delivery of 3-4 days. The costumes were delivered around November 6! The tracking information was horrible. I had to keep writing for an explanation of whether the shipment was coming from China or the US. Responses were not always timely. Then, I'm told they do not accept returns once the order is placed. This policy is posted on their website. I have never looked at return policies when ordering online. I learned a hard lesson. Now I am stock with two costumes that will never be used. I'm out the money and extremely disappointed in the policies and business ethics of this company. Hoping that my comments reach others so they don't have the same problem. Worst Shopping Experience Ever!
Great t-shirts! The print is high quality and more than what I expected. Shipping was longer than anticipated but the t-shirt made up for it
Order has been pending for a month. There is no way to contact the company for status of my order. The “support” email they provide does not work. Don’t waste your time or money on this place
Zero stars should be an option. I ordered items in June of 2025 and never received them. They consistently ignore email requests. They refuse to refund money or ship items. Still no items or refund as of November 2025.
I bought an item back on 10-9-2025 and never received any shipping information. I was arguing with an AI agent that claimed I bought a shirt in 2023. I've never heard of this site until about a week ago.
I have yet to speak with a human to understand wth happen to my order because my account was charged no problem.
at first glance it may seem like a real site but once you order your money is gone and you wont get it back
i ordered on 2th of september and till this day i havent received anything. once you order your item and delivery surface you will receive an email for confirmation and thats it
no track and trace nothing. i tried to contact them 2 times there is no number only a support email but no response...
