I bought a limited edition deadpool aviation gin and it came with the packaging and the bottle top sticker damaged. As it was a collectors item and limited edition I contacted them to see if anything could be done. To my surprise, Ellen went above and beyond and managed to get a new bottle sent out to me! Thankfully this one came not damaged! Thank you Ellen! :)

Phenomenal service! Particularly Siobhan in customer services.
Had some packaging issues with a collectors bottle which wouldn’t normally be an issue with other purchases, so otherwise their packaging is brilliant but even better has been the customer service! Siobhan in-particular has been phenomenal in resolving my issue and maintained contact with fast email responses and even phone calls to update me on the status of my free replacement. Siobhan and The Bar can’t come higher recommended for this reason. Extremely understanding and committed to delivering first class service and products, to the point that Siobhan and the company are sourcing alternative packaging to resolve the issue with my one particular bottle! There are VERY few people and companies delivering service like this these days. Thank you very much.

Did not recieve my order
Did not recieve my order. Shipping showed it was delivered and signed for, but never recieved it. I even tried to email the, but it says the email is not a legit email. Very disappointed.

BEST COCKTAILS EVER
I have to say, even though I love tinis, sometimes they don't taste the best, but these ones? GAME CHANGER!!! i loved them. I have not enjoyed drinking in awhile until we had this ones in our work party. super easy to transport it as well, i will be buying myself more of these for the summer, as they are way more transportable for picnics and BQQ's.

I recently ordered a gift set from the bar and had a slight issue with delivery, not The Bars fault but they sorted it out straight away and had it delivered the next day. Great customer service in an era where customer service is a dying art. Would definitely recommend

Having trouble understanding...how?
I am having trouble understanding and feels scammed. Very sketchy what they did to me. I bought 2 bottles of the Johnnie Walker Dragon Lunar New Years for about $250 without shipping fee included. After a week asking for the status, they told me they are all out of stock and was asking me if I wanted to change to a different Lunar New Year bottle instead. I did take it for 1 bottle and 1bottle refund. NOW I check on the website it shows they are selling the Dragon Lunar New Year bottle for about $350? How? I thought you guys were all out of stock? And now selling it more expensive than I originally was willing to pay?

Really NOT very impressed
Really NOT very impressed. This was the 2nd order I placed on thebar.com (UK) for 24x Guinness Cans of Nitrosurge. I placed my order on 10th April and by the end of the day I had an email to tell me my order was on its way and DPD tracking details. 8 days on from there the tracking details still state : “We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel” well where is it then because I have paid my money and have no product!
Obviously I have contacted customer services and I am still being fobbed off. I just want my money back.
