Brilliant company I ordered a toddler bed in the sale with a mattress the company contacted me asking how I would like the bed made I sent them a picture of my own bed and they designed the bed to match very fast delivery they really did make the effort I'm kinda jealous of my toddlers bed it's made better then mine really good quality I know want a bed from this company

I bought the super king bed from The bed Crafters i want to give them five stars coz my bed is really really nice my whole family love it the colour is cream in plush which is my favourite and came out as it is as i wanted they made it specifically for me in this size which is 6 ft tall headboard the quality of the bed is really high honestly i love it thanks a lot The bed crafters.

I received a phone call prior to my online order being processed to ensure it was correct, a call to confirm delivery date, another call on the day of delivery from the driver and a follow up call post delivery to ask if I was happy with the bed and the service. The bed was made and delivered to our address in the north of Scotland in a timely manner. The bed looks amazing and has been made well. I’ll definitely use this company again.

Fantastic experience and bed. Great communications from the get go. I requested they contact me via msg as I'd be away when trying to arrange delivery which they did. Love the bed. Heavy, rich colour. Exactly love the picture. Easiest thing I've ever pit together. Took 10 minutes. I was wary as I didn't even need a screw driver, but I've had it over a week and feels super sturdy. Really happy.

Amazing service. From beginning to end. Got a phone call to confirm that my order and address was correct. Got another phone call to let me know it was in production and then a text to let me know when my delivery was due. Once the bed was delivered I got another call to make sure I was happy with my product. Really good customer service! Bed looks just like what we ordered. Amazing quality and great value for money.
