Customer service was spot on, very helpful, knowledgeable people who are quick to respond to any queries via email. The bed came within the lead time expected, and was of top quality. Cannot fault this company in my experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but top quality bed!

The delivery man was very helpful. The mattress came within the delivery time with a phone call 30 mins prior to arrival.
The mattress is better than my expectations for the price paid. The communication from the seller could have been a lot better. I had to chase up the order each time

Terrible experience. One base and headboard delivered, delivery company V1 Delivery cannot locate the second base. Order placed 19/12/26. Can’t get through via telephone and no response to emails from The Bed Supermarket or V1 Delivery.

Good communication and price and we're happy with the mattress we purchased. There was a delay owing to the snow in January, but we didn't need the mattress in any rush so that was fine. Looks well made and of good quality. No sleeps yet, have literally just put it on the bed frame l, but feels comfy to lie on. Delivery company communicated well and we're on time.

It is now over a calendar month since we ordered a bed for our daughter.
I have phoned up on 4 separate occasions. On the last two occasions “Steve” in their Team on Monday last week apologised and said “the bed would definitely be delivered this week” and he would phone me back later that day with an update. The bed was not delivered and he did not phone me back.
Yesterday I spoke with “Chelsea” who said she would look into it and would phone me back later that day. She didn’t phone me back. Having waited an hour today to speak with Chelsea again, who did not apologise for not having phoned me back, she then asked if she could put me on hold while she looked into it and then after 5 minutes on hold she cut me off.
In phone calls and emails I have wasted around 4/5 hours of my time and am no closer to knowing when or whether this bed will ever be delivered.
I bitterly regret ever having come across this company and its complete lack of customer care and service.

They acted on everuthing we wanted from them

This has honestley got to the the worst experience ever. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Chase and chase be be told delivery partner issue. They do not answer the phone. They ignore emails. It arrived today what a pile of rubbish it is. Had a hole in it and so badly made. Call them after 2 hours on hold no answer do not but from here.

It has been an awful experience getting my refund for almost 2 months now..

They seem to have ghosted me as no one is responding to my mails no more.. Terrible experience

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ordered a bed on the 11th January for my Air B&B and needed a fast turn around. the website states 3-7 working days. I have had no updates and rang to cancel my order and was advised I would have to do this via email. I emailed straightaway and still have had no response and now cant get through on the phone lines to chase my refund.

PLEASE READ- you can claim your money back through your bank, just put a claim in and the next door the money will be in your account. The bank then deal with the company

What a company utterly useless. Ordered a mattress 6th January still no mattress. I’ve gone through my own bank to receive my money back, I put a claim in yesterday and it is in my bank today. So don’t get ripped off by this company you can get it your money back through your bank

Avoid at all costs! Paid for a mattress. Still waiting for delivery after 15 days even though they say 3-7 days for delivery. They don't answer the phone and you can't email them.

We ordered an ottoman bed base which should have arrived a week ago. The old bed went to the dump in preparation. Sleeping on the floor, wondering when it will arrive. Incredibly stressful. I can't contact them by phone or email. I don't understand why they can't let us know what's going on.

Ordered on the 11th of January - still nothing and no replies from the bed supermarket outside a pro-forma automatic response. All around a very frustrating experience.

Ordered a bed on the 6th January and have still not received a delivery date. Every time I call they hang up the phone. Barely respond to emails when they do they say the same thing that there’s a delay with the orders and deliveries but still have not provided a date. Currently have no bed as old one was broken so have spent the last 3 weeks sleeping on a mattress on the floor! Also have spent an extra £70 to have bed built for us and have had no response what’s so ever nightmare

Put an order In for a double and single mattress 31st ;December did expect a late delivery due to the new year but after ringing and being told the mattress makers would get the couriers to deliver which was a complete lie. As I rang DURA they said they send all mattresses to the bed supermarket warehouse. I sent emails and they stopped answering the phones, well you got an automated voice then it cut you off.
GO TO YOUR BANK and get a charge back. I cancelled the order and started a charge back £689 Which I
Received the next day

Ordered Bed and Mattress on 4th January, still waiting for delivery 3 weeks later.
E-mail and you get an automated reply stating that they are adding an additional delivery company, after the previous e-mail sent automatically to say snow and delivery were the issues.
However the delivery excuse has been used for months now.
Phoned them several times and they don’t pick up the phone.
I have spoken to a family solicitor now as they refuse to respond.

The cheerful men turned up with my lovely new mattress .
They took away my old one that was a heavy memory foam one .
I will definitely use this company again.
