Good
I have ordered from the beer bouquet three times.
Although I ordered on time, 2 out of 3 orders arrived late.
Other than that, recipients have been made up with their bouquets.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review which we do appreciate but am very sorry to hear that although your recipients were made up with their bouquets, you feel that you have been let down by the delivery on 2 occasions.
I can see from our records that we dispatched your bouquets within 24 hours of you placing your orders. We use ParcelForce for our deliveries and although we find them extremely reliable and have very few issues with them, we are aware that operational issues do occur from time to time which are completely out of our control and we can only extend our apologies if this has impacted on the delivery of your bouquets.
Great and unusual gift idea.
Item arrived in good time and in good condition. Very well packaged. The beer bouquet did not disappoint and is an unusual, fun gift to give.

No value for money
No value for money - £45 for 7 normal sized bottles of larger and ‘premium’ snacks. The presentation was a few ribbons wrapped around a cardboard base. The personalised note was a sticky label attached to a piece of card - which was full of air bubbles and looked cheap.
For the price paid I was expecting large bottles of larger and much better quality built into the overall presentation.
Had I known the size and quality would be what it was, I could’ve gone to a supermarket and bought a couple of crates for £40!!
I think being charged so much for standard shipping is also another way the business is unreasonable profiting. My order wasn’t not received until Tuesday and I put my order in on the following Thursday.

So sorry you feel the need to leave this review - this is most unusual as you can see from all the other reviews that we receive for our bouquets.
I can only apologise if you felt that your bouquet was ‘No value for money, slow delivery’
With regards the ‘no value for money’ – a lot of design and development has gone into the custom packaging of the gift which includes branded alcohol and premium snacks. Each bouquet is hand assembled and wrapped and the ribbons hand tied before being dispatched with the result that our customers receive a unique and quality presentation gift that we know is very much appreciated.
With regards your delivery, I see that you placed your order on a Friday and selected our standard delivery which we clearly state is 2-4 working days. I can see from the tracking information for your order that your bouquet was also dispatched on the Friday with our carrier ParcelForce – the same day that you placed your order - and was delivered on the Monday which is 1 working day later (Friday to Monday – 1 working day). This is actually 1 day earlier than the delivery service you selected at checkout.
Would highly recommend Beer Bouquet…
Beer bouquet were extremely helpful when I needed to amend the delivery address. I emailed and received an immediate response. Couldn’t have been more efficient.
The beer bouquet was for a friends birthday and they were impressed, loved the gift and plan to send beer bouquets in future!
