Disappointed again! I left a review on the 2nd March (see below) about marks on the sign and being sent the wrong glue. I also emailed separately. The response said I'd get an email response and the glue would be sorted out. Over two weeks later I've received no emails (yes, I regularly check my Junk folder and was looking out for the email), and I'd hope replacement (correct) glue would be sent straight out, but nothing has been received. Not good.

I can’t comment on the signs, which I’m perfectly sure are beautiful, as I never managed to order. I wanted a question answering before I settled on my final design and needed to know whether what I required was possible. I tried every avenue of contact repeatedly over several days and didn’t receive a response: Extremely disappointed. Had every intention of ordering two products, just wanted a very simple clarification which would have enabled me to place by order but sadly, it just wasn’t to be. Such a shame. Gutted tbh. I appreciate it’s a busy time of year but also feel provisions could have been made to make sure enquiries were answered. We all know Christmas is coming, it’s not exactly a surprise event.

I ordered a grey square slate house number. The slate size is perfect. The quality of the slate is very good and the design is just beautiful. I’m extremely happy with my house number its proudly on display as my other one was just too small. Definitely an upgrade, thank you . guys. Great work .

Absoloutly beautiful sign. Ordered Green to go with our Agate windows but it looks more grey, that said it goes well with the Anthracite facia's so happy with the colour in the end. Not so happy with the "fixing kit" the liquid superglue is very liquid and I managed to run it down the new white rendering so now I have a shiny streak under the number, its not horrendous but I mention it to warn others. In the end I used grab adhesive to as I didnt trust the superglue. Over all I am very happy with the sign and would buy again but would not buy the fixing kit which is just some very cheap superglue and 2x M3.5 rods. I would recommend the company look at supplying a good quality grab adhesive as using this enables you to get the level right much easier and quicker.

Number sign looks good, exactly in the font and style ordered and delivered in good time and well wrapped. Very pleased.

I bought a granite name sign for my house and when it arrived the edges of the sign weren’t polished at all and the face was badly polished. The chamfered edges are very rough and no chamfer on back edge leaving a very rough look to the sign. I have messaged the company twice in the last few days and have had no response from them.

I ordered a slate sign with my house name on it. When it arrived it was immediately obvious that the spacing between 3 of the letters was much closer than all of the other letters and it looked odd. The company stress that their finished products are quality checked before being sent to the customer. This clearly doesn’t happen. I raised this with customer services asking for a replacement. although polite (hence the 2 stars) it was very clear that they would not replace it and in addition that they do not care about customer satisfaction and reputation. A Poor quality product from a company to be avoided.

We looked at different companies and options and are so glad we chose the Bespoke Sign House. Our new sign arrived today (on the exact date we were given when we ordered) and it is absolutely gorgeous. Couldn’t be happier!

We ordered a house number in grey slate, with white numbers.

The website was easy to use, there were lots of options to choose from and the video of the product and how to install it was helpful.

The order arrived within 10 days, the quality of the sign was excellent - the slate thick and durable and the white numbers clear and concise. It was easy to install.

Ordered a new plaque with the house number on it. The ordering process was easy and the variety of style and fonts were great. It was great to see a photograph of the plaque before I placed the order. I was kept up to date via their confirmation email. The plaque is just as I ordered and is plain yet very stylish, which is exactly what I wanted. Fitted it today and really looks the part and is easy to read from the roadside.
