Fabulous wooden reindeer!

The best customer service I’ve received…
The best customer service I’ve received in ages! I made a mistake on my order and had to send it back to be amended. Firstly, a real person came back to me not a bot or auto email which is so reassuring and Rhiannon has been so kind helping me out. The plaques are beautiful and worth every penny, I’m really looking forward to giving them as gifts.

Ordered 2 football coaches. Scarlett was amazing. Ordered at short notice as needed to wait for outcome of last game before settling on wording. They are amazing. Knowing the coaches there will be lots of tears when they are presented with them. I will 100% use this company again. Quality and engraving is brilliant.
