Spells performed, but POOR customer service
So, I had been working this coven for a LONG time, and had a lot of spell work done on my ex bf, hoping to get him back. I know the spells were working but just had not fully manifested. They have a guarantee on their website, if we as client/consumer do not get the results we want, after 90 days, they will do upgrade free of charge. This had been done a few times. However, the customer service is very poor. I would have to send emails, re-sending, 2,3 times even more before they were answered. And whenever I would ask questions, those emails were not answered, but instead blown off. I was always told by them, not to worry, they are never going anywhere until I get my full results I was seeking. I quit reaching out, when things were not happening, because the stress of not being responded too, was too much! I did not realize so much time had lapsed. So this morning I reached out, (and perhaps my approach was wrong, but wanted to let them know why they had not heard from me), and it had been more than 90 days since the spell work was last done. And wow, the response I got was out of line. I do not care how mad a client makes you, you should do your best to accommodate their needs and smooth over feathers. In my line of work, I have some clients, that are very rude and high maintenance at times, but I have to bite my tongue and do what I can to make them happy, or I would be reported to the state. I was accused of attacking them and threatening, NO I did not. Again, perhaps I approached it wrong, but wanted them to know why they had not heard from me, and was giving them a chance to make it up to me, their site does have a guarantee in WRITING...and NO was not threatening them, was just telling them, I need to do what I need to do to take care of me. And honestly at times responses from them have had rude undertones. You should EVER EVER treat a client in the manner I was treated no matter how pissed off you are. Go to a store, clerks would lose their jobs if they treated their customers the way I was treated. And perhaps they need to put a disclaimer on their site, not to ask questions, regarding process and what to expect, or behavior of the target during the process. Surely I am not the only client they have had that has been in this situation. I do my research, I see a lot of FAQ's on other websites and questions people ask. I am a real sweetheart, and just wanting my ex bf back is emotional enough and sometimes we need comfort and reassurance during the process. At this point, not expecting anything, just wanted my voice heard and others to be aware.
